- Deep understanding of core business processes (P2P, O2C)

- Confident workshop facilitation and leadership presentation
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience with ERP systems, AP or OM processes, or AI-driven SaaS (bonus)
Aufgaben
- Lead transition to AI-native ways of working
- Identify automation blockers
- Select solutions for automation blockers
- Enable operational teams for adoption
- Challenge process rules preventing automation
- Drive improvements with department leads
- Coordinate data clean-up with customers
- Enable customer teams to resolve issues
- Reduce incoming support requests
- Identify when custom agents solve problems
- Identify structural issues for engineering
- Collaborate with CSEs on technical topics
- Collaborate with CSMs to make decisions
- Act as escalation point for SLA breaches
- Own continuity of operations
- Direct AI Automation Specialists on accounts
