- Ensure efficient, transparent, and consistent Jira usage
- Enhance Jira workflows, project templates, boards, permissions, and configurations
- Contribute to designing and implementing a strategic Jira usage framework
- Drive Jira integration into project portfolio management
- Support Jira connection with budgeting, forecasting, cost center, and financial processes
- Analyze project KPIs, status, effort tracking, and metrics to create transparency
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement
- Advise and empower project managers and teams on methodologies, tools, and standards
- Create documentation, knowledge bases, and best-practice guides in Confluence and SharePoint
