- Build strong competence levels among laundry operators
- Build strong competence levels among laundry technicians
- Identify cost improvement opportunities

- Build the annual budget
- Provide monthly forecasts with Finance business partner
- Support the sales team in hitting growth targets
- Support the sales team in building action plans
- Build and maintain close relationships with key accounts

- Work with Product Management to shape service design
- Develop a sales and operations planning process
- Continuously improve a sales and operations planning process
- Lead the lean conversion of laundries

- Act as a member of the Textiles Business Leadership Team
- Lead monthly Level 3 Operations Reviews
- Participate in Level 2 reviews
- Participate in the annual strategy process
- Participate in Value Creation Plan reviews
- Translate CWS Cleanrooms' strategy into a cascaded strategy
- Serve as a registered Director for legal entities
