Anforderungen
- Academic degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Extensive SAP consulting experience with focus on SAP SD and deep expertise in SAP CPQ
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes in complex international SAP environments
- Solid SAP SD customizing knowledge and strong understanding of system integration
- Proven experience analyzing, designing, and implementing complex business requirements with stakeholders and development teams
- Strong consulting mindset and ability to act as trusted advisor between business and technical teams
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, solution concepts, and implementation roadmaps
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills to align interests and drive outcomes
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking with structured, solution-focused approach
- High initiative, ownership, and curiosity to challenge processes and drive continuous improvement
- Fluent German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Analyze and structure complex business requirements in SAP CPQ, SAP SD, and sales processes
- Consult and support stakeholders in optimizing Quote-to-Cash processes
- Take functional ownership of SAP CPQ
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of sales applications and solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional solution designs
- Collaborate with development teams for successful implementation
- Coordinate requirements and priorities across stakeholders, IT, architects, developers, and providers
- Design and implement sustainable solutions in SAP CPQ and SAP SD
- Evaluate new business demands and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop innovative solution approaches for global business processes
- Support international transformation, integration, and innovation initiatives in sales
- Coordinate external service providers for efficient service delivery
- Create and maintain solution, process, and system documentation
