- Several years SAP Logistics/SCM consultant experience, ideally solution architecture
- In-depth knowledge SAP WM/EWM, TM, MM, SD, and SAP data structures
- Proven end-to-end process design and project delivery, ideally SAP S/4HANA
- Good understanding integration concepts and interface technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer orientation, communication, team spirit, assertiveness
- Experience interacting with senior decision-makers
- Comfortable working in remote, distributed international teams
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently internationally
Aufgaben
- Plan, lead, and deliver SAP projects and change requests in SCM and Logistics
- Act as solution architect for end-to-end logistics processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable, standard-oriented SAP solutions
- Configure, implement, and optimize SAP solutions across WM/EWM, TM, and MM
- Ensure seamless cross-module integration and define interfaces
- Act as a trusted SCM process advisor
- Drive process harmonization across international sites
- Run workshops and training sessions for key users and end users
- Drive testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Support productive SCM systems during stabilization
- Analyze incidents and continuously optimize logistics processes
