Anforderungen
- 10+ years SAP experience, 5+ years leading SAP CoE/teams internationally
- Proven end-to-end SAP expertise across multiple functional areas
- Strong SAP delivery and solution architecture background
- Solid understanding of business processes, SAP architecture, integrations, and landscape
- Experience establishing CoE governance, portfolio management, and delivery structures
- Proven responsibility for global teams, budgets, vendors, contracts, and cost optimisation
- Stable career track record with recent SAP involvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- German C1/C2 level (ideally native)
- Very good English
- Willingness to travel internationally during rollouts
Aufgaben
- Define global SAP strategy, target architecture, and roadmap
- Oversee S/4HANA transformation and rollout
- Drive a standard-first / Clean Core approach
- Harmonise end-to-end business processes globally
- Oversee SAP application landscape and integrations, including Workday and xFlow
- Manage SAP roadmaps, releases, and application lifecycles
- Establish SAP CoE governance for demand, portfolio prioritisation, projects, and change requests
- Ensure effective delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Lead and develop global SAP and application teams
- Guide the Delivery Manager
- Represent the CoE in executive steering committees
- Own budget, vendor, contract, and risk management
- Ensure cost efficiency, security, compliance, and operational excellence
