Aufgaben

Develop and execute cell-based functional assays
Conduct Biacore/SPR assays with the binding group
Perform, evaluate, and document method development experiments for functional assays
Perform, evaluate, and document cell-based assays (e.g., potency, CDC, ADCC, ADCP, apoptosis, proliferation)
Perform, evaluate, and document binding assays (e.g., Biacore/SPR) according to ICH guidelines
Handle cell lines and primary cells (isolation, freezing, thawing, propagation, testing)
Analyze samples to support therapeutic candidate development
Perform, evaluate, and document functional assays for analytical similarity and comparability studies
Draft regulatory documents, including SOPs, R&D procedures, and development reports
Support method validation and method transfer activities
Maintain and qualify laboratory equipment
Support laboratory management tasks
