Anforderungen
- Master’s degree /Phd in mass spectrometry-based proteomics, biochemistry, pharmacology, or related scientific discipline
- Relevant hands-on experience with DIA workflows on Thermo orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer
- First insights into drug discovery programs within pharma industry
- Experience with state-of-the-art proteomics workflows
- Experience in sample preparation from cells and tissues for LC-MS analyses
- First experience characterizing disease-relevant animal models for translational aspects
- Solid understanding of biochemistry, molecular mechanisms, and pharmacology relevant to drug discovery
- Conceptual understanding of biomarkers in drug discovery and development
- First experience in biomarker field
- Expertise in operating cutting-edge mass spectrometry platforms (Orbitrap, QTOF, etc.)
- Expert understanding of respective analysis software
- Analytical mindset
- Keen interest in advancing proteomic methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary research environment
- Critical and creative thinking
- Self-motivated to innovate
- Excellent data analysis skills

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Use Omics-platforms for MoA elucidation
- Generate and analyze proteomics samples
- Operate and maintain various LC-MS systems
- Challenge the status quo with innovative approaches
- Advance scientific and proteomics workflows
