- Ensure stable system operations
- Provide effective user support for applications and interfaces
- Drive continuous enhancement of applications and interfaces
- Perform process analysis and design
- Develop functional and technical concepts
- Manage application rollouts and change activities
- Resolve complex issues with analytical and technical expertise
- Coordinate and manage IT projects with service providers
- Support system operation, support, and training
- Further develop applications, including testing, with service providers and business units
- Create high-quality process, technical, and user documentation
- Coordinate and participate in international application rollouts
- Manage training and change management for new applications
- Analyze and resolve complex problems and errors, including debugging
- Complete complex tasks and projects autonomously
