- At least five years of professional experience in BI, analytics, or analyst role
- Experience in agile project delivery (business and IT)
- Completed university degree (preferably Master's) in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable
- Proven track record in backend BI solutions
- Sales analytics experience advantageous
- Commercial steering experience advantageous

Aufgaben
- Design the data foundation for commercial and process excellence.
- Shape data architecture for data-driven decision making across Group Sales.
- Develop data models and ETLs for business and process performance.
- Create and integrate data solutions across Datasphere, Celonis, Databricks, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other enterprise platforms.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable data solutions.
- Develop and harmonize data models for commercial and process KPIs.
- Develop dashboards and reports for operational and strategic steering.
- Drive user engagement through data validation, quality measures, and stakeholder enablement.
- Present new solutions and analytical capabilities to senior leadership.
