- Design, configure, and optimize Atlassian Cloud products at an enterprise scale
- Establish standardized configurations, schemes, and governance models
- Analyze complex business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable, robust technical solutions
- Deliver and document technical solutions
- Design advanced Jira reports
- Design high-level dashboards
- Design customized planning views for leadership and business units
- Build advanced automations with other enterprise tools
- Build integrations with other enterprise tools using 3rd party apps and REST APIs
- Conduct specialized training for employees
- Advocate for Atlassian best practices across the company
