- Ownership of platform stability and continuous improvement
- Preference for configuration-first solutions over custom development
- Enjoy collaboration across Product, Operations, Engineering, IT teams
- Active knowledge sharing and team growth contribution
Aufgaben
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Design and manage case management, queues, routing rules, and agent experiences
- Maintain and improve omnichannel customer service capabilities
- Own daily platform support and troubleshooting
- Translate business requirements into Dynamics configurations and support solution design
- Configure and deliver new features, improvements, and rollouts
- Collaborate on automation initiatives using Copilot Studio and Power Automate
- Support integration testing and change activities with Automation Engineers and Central IT
- Create and maintain documentation, standards, runbooks, and best practices
