- Own global strategy, execution, and P&L for direct digital and e-commerce business
- Scale a €10M+ ARR target
- Scale the Chaos Product-Led Growth (PLG) and demand generation model
- Translate AEC growth vision into actionable marketing frameworks
- Convert global digital traffic into scalable new customer ARR
- Define growth framework and campaign details
- Manage campaigns, funnels, channels, data, and experimentation
- Manage forecasting and drive performance against €10m ARR digital channels
- Monitor and improve funnel performance
- Lead, scale, and manage a matrixed organization of 10+ marketing professionals
- Focus on leadership succession planning and capability building
- Foster an outcome-driven operational culture
- Report Ecommerce activities to the CRO
- Manage global marketing budget allocation
- Manage day-to-day execution of performance marketing campaigns
- Oversee acquisition spend, bid optimization, and budget allocation
- Support hands-on campaign planning and execution
- Execute content-driven search frameworks across international markets
- Utilize advanced SEO and GEO strategies
- Own global web properties and optimize performance via A/B testing
- Deliver organic communication and influencer strategies across global channels
- Test and assess new approaches via digital market channels
- Manage agency relationships and external freelancers
