Anforderungen
- Strong background in Finance and regulated financial services
- At least five years of experience in a finance function at a bank, FinTech, or regulated institution, or with a Big Four or leading audit firm
- Strong knowledge of German GAAP under HGB, including RechKredV or RechVersV
- Knowledge of IFRS is a plus
- Experience with group accounting and consolidation is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and support
- Experience with financial modelling is a plus
- Understanding of regulated financial environments
- Experience in regulated finance industry required
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as IFR or CRR valuable
- Willingness to support in shaping the function
- Hands-on player, willing to put high-quality processes in place
- Pragmatic with complex solutions

Aufgaben
- Develop finance processes and policies
- Support product development and other functions
- Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders and auditors
- Manage and optimize finance processes in accounting, planning, and controlling
- Manage and optimize regulatory reporting processes
- Partner with the Head of Finance on strategic projects
- Transition processes into scalable, best-in-class workflows
- Act as a point of contact for external auditors
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality documentation by various teams
- Collaborate with the Management Team
- Build, monitor, and refine the annual financial plan and timelines
- Support product work by defining and documenting functional requirements
- Establish test concepts and testing/documentation for product work
- Manage associated implications of product work
- Cultivate a culture of knowledge-sharing with the Product Development team
- Bridge the gap between finance and innovation for strategic product advancements
