- Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
- Experience with requirements management, testing, and UAT
- Ability to translate Finance requirements into functional system solutions
- Ability to drive implementation of system solutions
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
- High degree of ownership
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working across Finance, IT, key users, and external partners
- Fluent English
- Ideally fluent German
- Experience with project management methodologies (nice to have)
- Experience with Power Platform / Power Automate (nice to have)
- Experience with Copilot, AI or Finance automation (nice to have)
- Experience with Finance data/integrations and Power BI (nice to have)
- Experience in an international Finance environment (nice to have)
Aufgaben
- Act as a functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Translate Finance requirements into functional system solutions
- Drive the continuous development and optimization of D365 Finance
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap analyses
- Manage Finance requirements and backlog items
- Support ERP implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements
- Coordinate Finance, IT, Key Users, and external implementation partners
- Support testing, UAT, data migration, go-live, and stabilization
- Support D365 release and change management
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities across Finance
- Develop and implement solutions with Finance and IT
- Promote the use of Power Automate, Copilot, and other Microsoft technologies
- Identify and evaluate relevant AI use cases for Finance
- Support AI pilots and Proofs of Concept
- Contribute to the continuous development of Finance systems and data landscape
