Aufgaben
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners
- Drive customer adoption and value realization
- Establish and coach customers on Centre of Excellence (CoEs)
- Provide customers with self-service offerings
- Orchestrate and coach partners to deliver operational account work
- Manage 1:N programs and scalable motions
- Conduct value bootcamps and 1:1 sprint motions
- Develop Proofs of Value (POVs)
- Lead Value Sprints
- Deploy new assets and innovations
- Build stakeholder trust across a broad portfolio
- Maximize impact through scaled interactions
- Maintain cross-industry fluency across multiple business sectors
- Leverage AI-curated industry briefs for rapid context-switching
- Drive AI-orchestrated account plans
- Incorporate platform best practices and partner applications in AI designs
- Utilize auto-generated programmatic content for portfolio management
- Monitor portfolio health using AI-driven tools
- Proactively surface renewal risks and health signals
- Operate AI agents to track value realization and adoption signals
- Identify expansion opportunities across the portfolio
- Deploy automated value reports and strategic nudges
- Empower customers to drive their own business outcomes
- Act as an AI-fluent operator utilizing copilots and intelligent agents
- Produce technical outputs on demand using AI
- Focus on big-picture value
- Partner with internal technical teams for complex builds
