- Monitor regulatory developments and assess risks
- Advise senior leadership on governance matters
- Lead cross-functional governance initiatives
- Drive global standards and policy adoption
- Manage the policy lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with legal and business requirements
- Embed compliance-by-design principles into business processes and systems
- Develop governance controls, frameworks, and improvement initiatives
- Utilize technology, analytics, AI, and automation to enhance governance and efficiency
- Manage policy exceptions, waivers, and local deviations
- Support business transformations and strategic initiatives from a governance perspective
- Deliver governance training and awareness programs
- Provide stakeholder guidance on governance matters
- Act as a trusted advisor and governance subject matter expert
- Contribute to efficiency improvements within the Legal & Compliance function
