Aufgaben
- Own PR strategy and execution across the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK
- Adapt PR approach to each market's maturity and media landscape
- Build and strengthen relationships with technology, trade, and business media
- Turn TOPdesk's positioning into compelling media stories
- Develop thought leadership, bylines, and interview opportunities
- Support and prepare the Executive Team for interviews and speaking opportunities
- Lead communications for key TOPdesk moments, including events and announcements
- Communicate product and AI strategy into attention-earning stories
- Partner with Internal Communications to align employee understanding with external messaging
- Manage PR agencies and freelance partners across markets
- Set clear priorities for PR agencies and partners
- Ensure high-quality, locally relevant execution from PR partners
- Build a meaningful approach to PR measurement
- Focus PR measurement on share of voice, coverage quality, message pull-through, and business relevance
- Adapt messaging and tone to different European audiences
- Maintain TOPdesk's global positioning in messaging
- Help build a scalable European PR playbook for additional markets
