- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives
- Lead complex cross-country initiatives end-to-end
- Ensure compliance with payroll and time processes
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of Payroll & Time processes
- Oversee global payroll and time management processes
- Standardize, harmonize, and audit-proof processes across regions
- Lead complex global initiatives and programs
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and GBS Centers
- Drive system rollouts, enhancements, and regulatory changes
- Translate global process strategy into actionable roadmaps
- Implement change initiatives
- Deliver measurable outcomes aligned with SAP/ERP target landscape
- Provide expert guidance on process, system, and compliance topics
- Act as an escalation point for payroll and time topics
- Assume or delegate system ownership for global platforms
- Provide senior functional governance for global platforms
- Manage the lifecycle and release governance of global platforms
- Design and safeguard global governance models
- Create SOPs, controls, roles, and authorization concepts
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
- Monitor process performance
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends
- Initiate improvement measures to enhance efficiency and compliance
