- 3+ years in product, operations or business analytics, or comparable role

- Automation behind recurring reports
- Metric design that changed a decision
- Experience with a metric that turned out to be wrong
- Research market and reach clear, sourced conclusions
- Clear writer turning data into actionable recommendations
- Comfortable on a disassembly floor
- Operations reporting as core work
- Pick the simplest tool that works
- OEE, MTBF/MTTR and manufacturing or warehouse data knowledge
- dbt, Athena or Metabase knowledge
- Pricing or unit-economics work experience
- Knowledge of EV battery or critical-materials value chain
- German language skills
- French language skills
- English language required
Aufgaben
- Automate inventory and operations data
- Design and implement Airtable storage tracking with location from delivery to shipment
- Roll out tagging and inventory automation
- Clean up existing bases and SOPs
- Automate the Weekly Business Review
- Define and document product performance metrics
- Agree metrics with Operations and Automation
- Specify portal displays for R3 and customers
- Validate metric releases against production data
- Run root cause and causal analysis on losses, faults, aborts, and rework
- Design experiments and controlled comparisons to measure changes
- Maintain the data requirements catalogue
- Close open business definitions with relevant teams
- Build cost per pack and price-floor models for DaaS
- Build internal and external inputs for RaaS pricing
- Keep the capacity and profitability model up to date
- Identify bottlenecks in the capacity model
- Track EV battery packs driving demand
- Track competitors, material prices, and regulation
- Provide sourced updates for Operations to plan pack mix
