Aufgaben
- Partner with the Head of Data & Technology to shape data and analytics products
- Drive alignment with stakeholders on data and analytics products
- Prototype data and analytics product ideas hands-on
- Ensure data capabilities translate into commercial outcomes
- Own the company-wide analytics function, including KPI framework, reporting cadence, BI tooling/glossary, and decision-support/reporting standards
- Own the product delivery roadmap for data initiatives for the central Data analytics team
- Translate commercial questions into scoped, prioritized data products and repeatable analyses
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data engineering and analytics teams
- Close the gap between business needs and team understanding for data products
- Lead discovery and drive experimentation with stakeholders for new data capabilities
- Develop self-serve analytics tooling and ML-powered features
