Anforderungen
- Strategic and commercially minded logistics professional
- Thrives in complex environments
- Enjoys solving supply chain problems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in third-party logistics (3PL), supply chain consulting, or large-scale logistics operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations
- Strong understanding of network design
- Strong understanding of operational modelling
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies
- Strong understanding of financial analysis
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-country, cross-functional projects
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience developing customer pricing models
- Knowledge of warehouse automation desirable
- Knowledge of logistics technology solutions desirable
- Excellent computer software skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO and AutoCAD
- Experience with MS Access, simulation software and/or network modeling software is a plus
- Experience with simulation or network modelling tools is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead multiple large-scale solution design projects simultaneously
- Act as the primary solution design lead in customer engagements
- Analyze customer requirements and operational data
- Develop robust and competitive solutions
- Design end-to-end warehousing and supply chain solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, engineering, automation, IT, and commercial teams
- Develop and deliver compelling customer presentations and solution proposals
- Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Support implementation planning and solution handover activities
- Support change management processes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of global solution design methodologies, standards, and tools
- Share best practices, market insights, and innovative concepts
