- Proven SAP GRC Access Control expertise
- Strong understanding of SoD, Internal Controls, Compliance, Audit

- Experience with external auditors (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) highly desirable
- Deep understanding of SAP security architecture and authorization concepts
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive, service-oriented, solution-driven mindset
- Professional German and English communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships in international environment
- SAP transformation programs, S/4HANA, or large-scale SAP landscapes experience is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Coordinate and govern user access management across SAP systems
- Lead role change management activities, including creation, modification, optimization, and transport of SAP roles
- Drive continuous improvement of authorization processes and role design standards
- Manage and support SAP GRC Access Control processes
- Ensure authorization concepts comply with internal controls, SoD principles, and audit standards
- Analyze and resolve complex authorization issues and access-related incidents
- Monitor authorization risks and identify opportunities to strengthen security and compliance
- Support SAP transformation projects with secure role concepts and access models
- Collaborate with role owners, application managers, auditors, and compliance teams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment
- Ensure effective communication with international stakeholders
