Anforderungen
- Extensive senior-level experience as DevOps Engineer, Configuration Manager, or Site Reliability Engineer
- Proven ownership of mission-critical platforms or large-scale production environments
- Strong track record in mobile app deployment, maintenance, and production support
- Release coordination, operational readiness, and continuous service improvement
- Very good hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Secure infrastructure design, automation, monitoring, and resilience patterns
- Very good hands-on experience with GitHub, Terraform, Docker
- Experience with container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes)
- Ability to guide others in applying technologies effectively
- Deep experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines
- Quality gates, security controls, deployment automation, and production-grade release processes
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Mentoring engineers
- Translating reliability, risk, and governance requirements into pragmatic engineering solutions
Aufgaben
- Own platform reliability and operational excellence.
- Own platform automation and deployment readiness.
- Act as a senior technical partner for application squads.
- Drive engineering standards for infrastructure, observability, and releases.
- Lead technical enablement of application teams.
- Define and implement standards for automated deployment, recovery, observability, and operational readiness.
- Own and improve deployment patterns with advanced scripting, infrastructure automation, and pipeline engineering.
- Coordinate and technically steer complex production releases.
- Ensure release quality, risk transparency, and smooth production transitions.
- Drive observability, incident prevention, and problem management.
- Analyze infrastructure and application behavior to identify issues and guide remediation.
- Act as a senior engineer in an agile setup.
- Mentor colleagues.
- Challenge existing ways of working.
- Contribute to platform strategy, engineering governance, and continuous improvement.
