Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Education, Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong experience in technical training, technical services, field/application support, installation competence, or certification programs in a customer-facing environment
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective classroom, practical, digital, and blended learning
- Experience working with installers, utilities, EPCs, industrial customers, or approved training partners; TE product knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to manage schedules, readiness, learning content, tools, certification records, and operational reporting with strong execution discipline
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and mentor without formal authority
- High ownership, responsiveness, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Curiosity to use AI, automation, and digital technology to improve learning content and operational efficiency
- Very good English and German knowledge
Aufgaben
- Develop high-quality technical training and learning solutions
- Design and deliver training at TE locations
- Combine classroom instruction and hands-on exercises
- Utilize digital and blended learning methods
- Incorporate relevant industry trends into training
- Provide technical mentoring and onboarding support
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to trainers and personnel
- Increase customer and installer competence and satisfaction
- Own and continuously improve curricula and certification content
- Develop new training offerings and certification pathways
- Create digital learning assets based on business needs
- Keep training content technically accurate and current
- Ensure training materials are practical and user-friendly
- Manage certification issuance and validity tracking
- Oversee recertification requirements and competence maintenance
- Maintain the designated certification repository
- Ensure certification records are accurate and audit-ready
- Monitor certification quality and expiry dates
- Communicate certification status and follow-up requirements
- Plan and optimize the training portfolio
- Execute the Training Center calendar and delivery plan
- Coordinate facilities, equipment, and materials for training
- Manage technical training requirements across EMEA
- Act as a trusted advisor on training and certification
- Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Services
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Quality/EHS
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Professional Services
- Improve delivery methods and participant experience
- Enhance certification processes and operational efficiency
- Ensure regional standardization and execution discipline
- Comply with global training and certification governance
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer value
- Improve portfolio effectiveness and Training Center scalability
