- Define strategy, targets, and portfolio direction
- Increase installed-base penetration and post-warranty retention
- Build scalable, performance-oriented lifecycle services
- Translate customer and market priorities into growth initiatives
- Develop portfolio roadmaps and differentiated value
- Hold end-to-end P&L accountability
- Allocate resources to high-return opportunities
- Scale commercially sustainable long-term service models
- Apply commercial judgment to major offers and customer commitments
- Protect customer value, delivery performance, and margins
- Lead through influence across a global matrix
- Align regional leaders, Business Units, and functional partners
- Develop, coach, and mentor Customer Service leaders
- Strengthen the global leadership community and organizational maturity
- Act as a trusted partner to the Service Head and Business Unit Leadership
- Advance decisions and translate strategic direction into execution
- Shape scalable delivery and resource models
- Improve service quality, responsiveness, and technical performance
- Drive service-line governance and performance management
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and export control
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements
- Build long-term customer partnerships
- Improve equipment availability and operational resilience
- Improve maintenance predictability and lifecycle performance
- Enable countries with standardized contracts and service-level models
- Enable countries with pricing frameworks and capabilities
- Use market intelligence and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Strengthen Siemens’ position as a trusted lifecycle partner
