Aufgaben

- Identify and implement initiatives to streamline processes using Standard Work, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping
- Lead projects to improve lead times and eliminate inefficiencies
- Collaborate with experts to prioritize and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
- Gain hands-on experience in coaching and project management
- Contribute to the deployment of GSK’s production system (GPS) strategy
- Support the implementation of lean standards in production environments
- Work with teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Train and coach employees and managers in continuous improvement techniques
- Analyze data using AI and Power BI to boost productivity and efficiency
