Anforderungen
- Completed studies or apprenticeship in Clothing Technology, Pattern Construction, Textile design/engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in comparable position within clothing/textile industry, preferably technical product development or pattern making
- Expertise in pattern development using CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, or similar)
- Strong technical understanding of garment construction and production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Affinity for lifestyle and design
- Willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement technical solutions
- Develop and refine patterns with the design team for new products
- Ensure designs are feasible for production while meeting aesthetic and functional requirements
- Inspect and verify production patterns against design specifications and quality standards
- Integrate and enforce technical standards and regulations into product development
- Create technical documentation with development and production requirements
- Provide technical assistance during product development, including prototype testing
- Monitor the production process in manufacturing facilities
- Ensure products are produced according to specifications and quality standards
