- Drive technical transformations for Workday
- Convert technical integration requirements to architectural decisions in Workday
- Build, test, and deploy Workday integrations into production
- Support technical project discussions on integration architecture best practices
- Discuss application security concepts
- Discuss system authentication
- Complete Workday Core Integration & Practical Certification training
- Undertake further Specialist Certification training
- Capture and understand client business requirements
- Develop prototype systems to demonstrate configurations
- Configure and test the Workday solution
- Lead customer projects
- Provide status reports to the Engagement Manager
- Inform the Engagement Manager of project status
- Assist the functional consulting team in designing integrations
- Assist the functional consulting team in testing integrations
- Ensure clients are referenceable after production deployment
- Process and analyze detailed information efficiently
- Make strategic decisions
- Deliver innovative solutions
- Participate in update training
- Share product skills with other consultants
