Aufgaben
- Complete Workday Core HCM & Practical Certification training
- Undertake further Specialist Certification training
- Supplement product learnings through active project engagements
- Work under the guidance of a Functional Architect or Senior Consultant
- Collaborate with other Consulting Teams, including Data and Integration Consultants
- Ensure seamless collaboration between application touch-points
- Gain understanding of Workday’s implementation methodology
- Gather and understand customer business requirements
- Demonstrate core Workday concepts using pre-delivered solutions
- Translate customer requirements into configured solutions
- Perform detailed unit testing of the Workday solution
- Support customer during multiple rounds of testing
- Respond to and resolve test issues
- Undertake final deployment activities for the customer
- Provide knowledge transfer to the customer
- Provide post-production support activities
- Work on full-cycle implementation projects within areas of expertise
- Build on learned knowledge through additional training
- Gain experience through multiple/concurrent project experiences
