Aufgaben
- Develop and refine product metrics and leading indicators
- Establish VSSR and related self-service metrics as key performance indicators
- Use quantitative analysis to provide insights for product decisions
- Provide data-driven recommendations on partner behavior and feature adoption
- Guide A/B test methodology, design, interpretation, and decision-making
- Champion vendor-facing experiments to validate self-service feature improvements
- Drive the development of scalable analytics infrastructure
- Drive the development of scalable self-service capabilities
- Collaborate on vendor behavior analysis and predictive models
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other analysts
- Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and technical excellence
- Act as a quality gatekeeper for data
- Champion a data-driven mindset across Product and Tech teams
