- Manage strategic marketing agencies and service providers
- Lead complex negotiations with agencies and suppliers
- Conduct business reviews and performance discussions
- Use market benchmarks and intelligence to develop business cases
- Develop sourcing recommendations
- Monitor market trends and pricing models
- Track agency and supplier developments in the German and European marketing services market
- Translate market insights into actionable sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with global category and sourcing teams
