- Develop and implement KPIs at repair centers
- Coordinate international customer and market requirements with product management and sales
- Report on repairs and back-ups, and coordinate repair statistics
- Optimize transport processes and costs for the repair business
- Support after-sales in clarifying issues and improving repair and reverse logistics processes
- Conduct and evaluate customer satisfaction surveys
- Support development and implementation of tools for after-sales process control
- Support procurement of repair spare parts
- Develop sustainability activities and related reporting
