- Familiarity with configuration management (Ansible)
- Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency in analysing log files
- Coordination of next steps based on analysis
- Desire to automate routine tasks
- Enthusiasm for diverse platforms and architectures
- Adaptability in dynamic environments
- LPIC certification (obtained or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with Atlassian systems (advantageous or willingness to learn)
- Initial management experience
- German language skills at least C1
- English language skills at least B2

- Bring innovations to customer systems (IaaS, PaaS, on-premise)
- Implement solutions for system landscapes based on Atlassian tools or other Java software
- Help develop and shape future tasks
- Follow industry developments and use sense for trends
- Shape change processes and share new insights with the team
- Lead, develop, and coach your team
- Accompany target agreements, feedback, and development discussions
- Promote an open feedback culture
- Highlight individual strengths
- Support colleagues in personal and professional development
