Aufgaben
- Design, expand, and develop the global Partner Enablement Program
- Develop structured learning paths for partner roles
- Create and maintain training materials, certifications, and digital learning formats
- Plan and deliver technical and functional training sessions
- Define KPIs to measure training success and partner maturity
- Analyze training feedback and derive improvement measures
- Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Migration, Sales & Partner Management, and People teams
- Support strategic partners during onboarding and delivery capability development
- Build an active partner community through workshops and knowledge exchange
- Ensure consistent global quality standards in partner training
- Support partners in resolving delivery-related questions and challenges
- Analyze partner issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
- Provide hands-on support in partner projects for successful delivery
- Share insights from support cases to improve support quality and enablement
- Identify recurring issues and feed them back into training content and enablement measures
- Pass product feedback to product development to improve solutions
