Anforderungen
- Technical or applied studies in optics, electronics, mechanics, physics, or mathematics
- Professional experience in optical, mechanical, or electronics laboratory/workshop
- Prior exposure to precision manufacturing or metrology equipment (desirable)
- Fundamental understanding of optics, mechanics, and precision manufacturing principles
- Hands-on experience with laboratory or workshop instruments (e.g., alignment tools, microscopes, measuring devices)
- Proficiency in MATLAB or Python for data processing/analysis
- NC programming (advantageous)
- Strong mathematical skills for interpreting measurement results and tolerances
- Structured, meticulous, and reliable work manner with hands-on approach
- Proficiency in English
Aufgaben
- Operate ultra-precision diamond turning machine to manufacture optical molds, including setup, parameter input, and in-process checks.
- Perform measurements using metrology devices to verify optical and geometrical specifications.
- Support routine measurement tasks.
- Prepare, mount, and handle workpieces and tools, ensuring cleanliness and proper clamping/fixturing.
- Document manufacturing parameters, measurement results, and deviations in a structured way.
- Support troubleshooting of process and measurement issues.
- Contribute to maintenance, calibration, and care of diamond turning and metrology equipment.
