Aufgaben
- Support prototype and sample production across injection molding, optical surfacing, coating, bonding, CNC manufacturing, and final assembly
- Prepare equipment, materials, and tooling for development trials
- Execute test runs and production trials
- Perform quality inspections and measurements at each process step
- Document process parameters, cycle times, material usage, and quality results
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
- Prepare samples for internal testing, customer demonstrations, and external laboratory analysis
- Handle materials safely and maintain organized inventory
- Support equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and workspace organization
- Collaborate with development engineers to implement process adjustments and validate new procedures
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations for handling chemicals, adhesives, and coatings
