Anforderungen
- Proven experience in broadcast, live event production, or television environments
- Strong knowledge of SDI and IP video technologies, ideally including SMPTE 2110
- Good understanding of IP networking concepts (VLANs, IGMP, PTP, switch configuration)
- Knowledge of video and audio interfaces
- Experience with Windows and Linux environments
- Desirable knowledge of virtualization, monitoring tools, and cloud video processing
- Practical experience in hardware and software testing
- Strong motivation for quality assurance and product validation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Structured and quality-focused working style
- Passion for sharing knowledge and conducting trainings
- Collaboration across international and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Good spoken and written English skills
Aufgaben
- Develop, define, and execute release test cases
- Document test results in appropriate tools
- Perform exploratory and user acceptance testing
- Identify weaknesses and document findings and bugs in Jira
- Collaborate with System Testing, R&D, Product Management, and Support teams
- Prepare and deliver internal training sessions
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities for global support, demo, and professional services teams
- Provide second and third level technical support
- Act as an expert for complex troubleshooting scenarios
- Serve as a gatekeeper between Support, R&D, and Product Management
- Ensure efficient escalation handling and high-quality communication
- Continuously learn emerging broadcast technologies
- Gather customer feedback for future product improvements
