Anforderungen
- Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, business or related field
- 12 to 15 years of HR experience, including several years at VP or Head level
- Experience in private equity portfolio companies
- Experience across several investment-cycle phases (nice to have)
- Several years’ hands-on M&A integration and employee-representative restructuring negotiation experience
- Multicountry matrix HR leadership experience, intercultural competence and strategic foresight
- HRIS implementation or migration experience with Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday
- International HRIS rollout experience (nice to have)
- Strong knowledge of German and EU pay transparency laws
- Fluent German and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong results and execution orientation
- Resilience, composure, communication and negotiation skills
Aufgaben
- Lead the global HR agenda and support country-entity growth
- Lead HR due diligence for Day-1/100-day integrations
- Design lean, scalable, employment-law-compliant structures
- Maintain investor-ready HR reports and compliance records
- Implement/consolidate group-wide HRIS with clean data
- Ensure EntgTranspG and EU 2023/970 compliance
- Harmonise cross-border pay structures, grades, and bands
- Manage talent, succession, and key-role retention
- Strengthen employer branding
- Lead HR teams across Germany and Israel
