- Familiarity with PLM tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, Siemens NX)
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Python/SQL basics)
- Skills in Lean Manufacturing
- Skills in Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt)
- Skills in continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Analytical thinking
- Communication skills for international teams and suppliers
- Excellent command of English
- Additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Work hands-on in the shopfloor
- Coordinate production activities with your team
- Ensure aircraft components and systems are built to the highest standards
- Develop, define, and optimize manufacturing processes and methods
- Balance technical precision with economic efficiency
- Create and maintain production plans
- Create and maintain standardized work instructions
- Create and maintain configuration control documentation within our systems
- Collaborate across departments, including finance, management, suppliers, customers, and support functions
- Ensure accuracy, alignment, and smooth delivery in complex aerospace projects
- Lead problem-solving initiatives
- Conduct root cause analyses
- Drive improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability in aerospace manufacturing
