- Mechanical, industrial, or aerospace engineering degree with production/quality focus
- Initial experience in production planning, manufacturing engineering, or quality assurance (aerospace industry ideal)

- Open and communicative person with strong organizational skills
- Fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus

- Support quality initiatives like audits
- Support root cause analysis
- Support continuous improvement activities
