Anforderungen

University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Fluent written and spoken English
3–5 years relevant professional experience in BI, reporting, analytics, application management, or comparable field
Experience delivering or supporting reporting and analytics applications
Good understanding of data models, data integration, and reporting processes
Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or external implementation partners
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, Snowflake, or comparable technologies is an advantage
Interest in Finance reporting, controlling, and consolidation processes
Experience in FMCG or international business environment is an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable working style

Aufgaben

Shape reporting and analytics solutions for the global Finance community
Own selected applications and data products across their entire lifecycle
Manage requirements, design, delivery, and operation of applications
Drive continuous improvement of applications and data products
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, Data teams, Architecture, and external partners
Translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions
Coordinate delivery of reporting and analytics solutions
Ensure applications run reliably, stably, and in a user-friendly way
Organize operational support for applications
Shape effective service concepts for applications
Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement
Drive resolution of incidents and manage escalations
Translate Finance reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions
Further develop the global analytics landscape
Design technical approaches with Architecture, Data, and Finance teams
Steer external consultants and implementation partners
Participate in testing, documentation, deployment, and releases
Contribute to roadmaps and technology decisions
Oversee delivery scope, timelines, and quality
Manage external resources for projects
Lead smaller projects and workstreams
Identify risks and define mitigation measures
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
Inform stakeholders about progress, decisions, and dependencies
Act as a bridge between business requirements, data models, and technical implementation
Enable effective use of SAP source-system data products and other enterprise sources
Promote consistent, reusable, and well-governed analytics solutions
