Anforderungen
- University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in PMO, project/portfolio management, business analytics, reporting or process digitalization
- Strong practical experience with Power BI, including semantic models, reporting and data visualization
- Experience with Databricks, data engineering or modern data platforms is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of SharePoint and workflow/process automation
- Understanding of project governance, project and resource management, business cases and management reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical and analytical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership, from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, rollout and operational support
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with RPPM tools would be an advantage
- Conscious and reliable way of working necessary for security related tasks
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Finance, R&D Management, and IT stakeholders
- Translate business needs into data, analytics, and automation solutions
- Design, develop, and enhance data and analytics solutions
- Create Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and analytical data products
- Integrate, transform, and consolidate enterprise data using SQL, Python, and Databricks
- Ensure data quality and harmonize KPI definitions
- Automate recurring reporting
- Deliver forecasts, variance analyses, and management insights
- Own and digitalize the end-to-end Business Case management process
- Manage quarterly Business Case submissions
- Coordinate stakeholders for Business Case management
- Validate data quality for Business Cases
- Manage confidential business cases using SharePoint
- Implement automated approval workflows for Business Cases
- Develop access and security concepts for Business Cases
- Drive continuous improvement and user adoption of reporting and Business Case solutions
- Gather requirements for reporting and Business Case solutions
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Roll out reporting and Business Case solutions
- Provide documentation and stakeholder training
- Troubleshoot reporting and Business Case solutions
- Optimize reporting and Business Case processes and platforms
- Perform security-related tasks
- Work consciously and reliably for security certifications
