Anforderungen
- University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Physics or comparable scientific/technical discipline
- Professional experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, Data Engineering or related technical field, ideally in industrial environment
- Analytical thinking, independent, structured and team-oriented working style
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and bring specialist groups together
- Experience developing and operating data-driven applications or AI solutions in productive environments
- Experience with event streaming, data pipelines and modern data platforms, such as Apache Kafka
- Experience developing, deploying and orchestrating containerized applications, such as with Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD and reliable operation of productive AI applications
- Knowledge of AI agents, agent-based workflows and their integration into business and production processes
- Practical experience with relevant Data Science, Machine Learning or AI frameworks and libraries, such as Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Very good English skills; German skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement AI- and data-driven solutions for semiconductor manufacturing
- Analyze and explore new AI use cases with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT
- Support proof-of-concepts through to productive solutions
- Integrate AI models, data pipelines, and AI services into production systems
- Build and enhance modern data and AI platforms using event-streaming and container technologies
- Implement solutions for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and process optimization
- Contribute to the deployment, orchestration, operation, and monitoring of productive AI applications
- Explore new applications for AI agents and agent-based workflows
- Improve data quality, interfaces, documentation, and governance with internal partners
- Train and provide technical guidance to engineers and specialist departments
