- Create Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, and carousels
- Manage the full editing workflow, including cutting, pacing, sound design, captions, color grading, and motion graphics
- Develop and pitch original content formats and series
- Combine trend insights, platform best practices, and audience understanding to create fresh ideas
- Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and emerging formats
- Proactively bring new content ideas to the team
- Ensure content remains culturally relevant and ahead of the curve
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to align output with campaign and brand objectives
- Analyze content performance with the Growth Manager
- Translate content insights into actionable improvements
- Organize and maintain the content and asset library
- Continuously test new content approaches
- Learn quickly from content performance results
- Foster a mindset of rapid experimentation
