Anforderungen
- Security awareness and ITEO ownership
- Technical, scientific, or business degree or comparable qualification
- Degree in technical, scientific, or business field, or comparable qualification
- First experience with risk assessments or audits
- At least two years of information security or IT security experience
- Experience with service ownership, incident response, or emergency management
- Communication skills for explaining security to diverse audiences
- Good knowledge of information security management systems and frameworks
- Experience in project or programme work
- Structured, independent way of working and ownership
- Experience in an industrial company
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CISM, CISA or CISSP
Aufgaben
- Drive security awareness trainings, phishing simulations, and communication campaigns
- Lead and improve the IT Emergency Organisation (ITEO)
- Conduct information security risk assessments in IT
- Support security assessments in OT environments
- Lead and coordinate workstreams within the global Information Security programme TRUST
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, IT, and OT
- Support compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare documentation and evidence for audits and assessments
- Manage the budget for Awareness and ITEO
- Inform the CISO on status and KPIs
