Anforderungen
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in International Mobility, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, or related HR specialization
- Strong understanding of international assignment management, immigration, tax, social security, and cross-border employment
- Knowledge of executive remuneration principles, compensation structures, reward governance, and market benchmarking
- Experience with HR systems and data analytics tools, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and collaboration ability
- Fluency in English required; German and additional CEE languages advantageous
Aufgaben
- Oversee cross-border employee mobility across the Group
- Ensure compliant and efficient management of international assignments
- Manage expatriate programs and mobility policies
- Contribute to executive remuneration processes
- Support remuneration governance and compensation analyses
- Perform regulatory reporting for senior leadership
- Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments
- Coordinate assignment documentation, payroll, and repatriation
- Advise on mobility policies and assignment packages
- Advise on immigration, tax, and social security regulations
- Coordinate with external providers and authorities
- Secure work permits and residence permits
- Ensure tax compliance and cross-border employment matters
- Monitor and interpret international mobility legislation
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Conduct compensation analyses for executives
- Perform benchmarking activities for executive compensation
- Support remuneration review cycles for executive populations
- Support remuneration governance activities for executive compensation
- Prepare insights, reports, and presentations for management
- Utilize market and internal compensation data for reporting
- Participate in strategic HR projects related to reward
- Participate in strategic HR projects related to mobility
- Participate in strategic HR projects related to job architecture
- Participate in strategic HR projects related to workforce transformation
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on integrated solutions
- Collaborate with Total Rewards on integrated solutions
- Collaborate with Payroll on integrated solutions
- Collaborate with Legal on integrated solutions
- Collaborate with Tax on integrated solutions
- Collaborate with external advisors on integrated solutions
