Anforderungen
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in International Mobility, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, or related HR specialization
- Strong understanding of international assignment management, immigration processes, tax and social security considerations, and cross-border employment practices
- Knowledge of executive remuneration principles, compensation structures, reward governance, and market benchmarking methodologies
- Experience with HR systems and data analytics tools, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to collaborate with senior leaders and international partners
- Fluency in English required; German and additional CEE languages are considered an advantage
Aufgaben
- Oversee cross-border employee mobility across the Group
- Ensure compliant and efficient management of international assignments
- Manage expatriate programs and mobility policies
- Contribute to executive remuneration processes
- Support remuneration governance and compensation analyses
- Perform regulatory reporting for senior leadership
- Act as a trusted partner to employees and managers
- Partner with HR Business Partners, payroll, legal, and tax advisors
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple countries
- Help shape mobility and reward practices internationally
- Manage the full lifecycle of international assignments
- Coordinate assignment documentation, payroll, and repatriation
- Advise on mobility policies and assignment packages
- Provide guidance on immigration requirements and tax implications
- Inform on social security regulations
- Coordinate with external providers on work permits
- Liaise with authorities on residence permits and tax compliance
- Manage cross-border employment matters
- Monitor international mobility legislation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct compensation analyses for executives
- Perform benchmarking activities for executive compensation
- Support remuneration review cycles for executives
- Assist with remuneration governance activities
- Prepare insights and reports for management
- Create presentations for governance bodies
- Utilize market and internal compensation data
- Participate in strategic HR projects related to reward
- Engage in projects related to mobility and job architecture
- Contribute to workforce transformation projects
- Collaborate with Total Rewards teams
- Deliver integrated solutions across mobility and remuneration
