Anforderungen
- IT platform ownership, enterprise application management, or comparable IT leadership role experience
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling processes, ideally in international or listed-company environment

- Exposure to HR platforms like SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or comparable enterprise HR solutions
- Experience working in a matrix organization with internal teams and external service providers
- Knowledge of ITIL-based service management, security standards, audit requirements, and enterprise architecture principles

- Own and evolve the IT platform strategy for Finance, Controlling, and HR
- Lead SAP FICO transformation and modernization initiatives
- Prepare for future-ready platform capabilities
- Develop and position the FICO team setup
- Strengthen internal capabilities and clarify roles
- Establish a sustainable delivery model with external partners
- Drive strategic development of the HR platform landscape
- Ensure strong integration with enterprise processes
- Act as a trusted IT partner for Finance, Controlling, and HR stakeholders
- Translate business needs into platform roadmaps
- Develop value-oriented solutions
- Ensure reliable platform operations
- Manage platform lifecycle
- Ensure service quality, security, and compliance
- Manage budgets and forecasting
- Ensure cost transparency
- Manage vendor contracts
- Manage service partner performance
- Lead internal experts and external partners in a matrix setup
- Drive change, adoption, and continuous improvement
