  • Plan, manage, and implement a global HR software solution
  • Ensure the solution supports corporate objectives
  • Implement the solution consistently across all regions
  • Meet requirements of employees, managers, IT, HR, business functions, and senior management
  • Lead the strategic project 'UNITE' through to successful implementation
  • Manage scope across the employee lifecycle, master and organizational data, interfaces, and legal requirements
  • Manage scope across recruiting, learning and development, talent management, and onboarding/offboarding
  • Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers
  • Ensure clear communication and transparency
  • Lead an international project team
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities for the project team
  • Strengthen collaboration across national borders
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and milestones
  • Provide regular reports to senior management
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Drive the harmonization of global HR processes
  • Shape change management and communication
  • Design and deliver training
  • Ensure a successful go-live for end users and HR teams
